What data we receive:

• What you type in the contact form: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), country, type of inquiry and message, along with the consent box.
• Technical data the server logs for security (IP address, browser, pages requested). This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for:

• Answering your inquiry and sending the information you asked for.
• Sending marketing communications by email, phone or text, under the form's consent (you can revoke it at any time).
• Meeting legal and real estate license obligations.

Who it is shared with:

• Providers that run the site and email: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivery of form messages) and Microsoft 365 (email).
• eXp Realty, when your inquiry moves to a transaction, under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We keep your data while there is an active relationship or inquiry and for as long as license rules require. You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@katherinecarpio.com.

The site is not directed at anyone under 18. Data is processed in the United States; if you write from another country, you accept that transfer.
