Can I buy property in Miami if I don't live in the United States?
Yes. Foreign nationals can buy property in Florida. Most of my clients buy from their home country and coordinate the closing remotely.
How do pre-construction deposits work?
They are paid in stages according to each developer's schedule, and the balance is due at closing. For example, Domus Brickell Center's official schedule is 10% at contract, 10% at groundbreaking, three 5% payments during construction and 65% at closing.
Can I rent my unit by the night or week?
It depends on each building's rules. Some, like NoBe Parc, allow short-term rentals in their official fact sheet; others have minimum stays or restrictions. We confirm it in writing before reserving.
